30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery. This applies to both opened and unopened products. We believe in our formulas and want you to feel confident trying them.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. You can also reach us through our contact form.
  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to us using the provided return address. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item, or damage during shipping. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or the incorrect product. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refund Timing

After we process your refund, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us.

Subscription Orders

If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund prior shipments. If you wish to return a subscription shipment, the same 30-day return window applies from the date of delivery.

Exceptions

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Products returned after the 30-day window.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers.
